TradeGuard (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a browser extension that helps users enforce predefined trading rules while using TradingView.

Information We Collect

TradeGuard collects and processes limited data strictly necessary for core functionality, including:

• User activity on TradingView related to trading actions and interactions required to enforce user-defined rules
• Website content from TradingView required to detect trading events and rule conditions
• Extension configuration data, rule settings, counters, and enforcement state stored locally in the browser or securely on TradeGuard’s backend

TradeGuard does not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information
• Financial or payment information
• Brokerage credentials or authentication secrets
• Personal communications
• Location data
• Browsing history outside of TradingView
